Tom founded First Sarasota Mortgage Company 27 years ago in 1981. He started the company buying and selling owner/seller mortgages. This service is still offered today anywhere in the USA. Tom specializes in first and second mortgages, both conventional and non-conventional, for purchase or refinance. In addition, he has extensive experience in commercial lending and is owner and President of First Sarasota Real Estate Company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rhode Island College, is a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Sarasota Association of Realtors. He and his family have lived and worked in Sarasota, Florida for 31 years.

Chet has been with First Sarasota Mortgage Company since 1986 and has extensive mortgage lending experience with conventional, and non-conventional, first and second mortgages. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, holds a Florida Real Estate License and is a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. Chet, his wife and two children live in Sarasota, Florida.
